Team Tactical Principles
1. Spread out.
2. Pass or dribble forward when possible or keep the ball.
3. Support the attack.
4. Create a 2v1 or a 1v1.
5. Vary the way of running and try to get behind/between the defensive line(s) of the opponent.

DIMENSIONS:
The course is made up of six pairs of parallel cones, approximately 5-6 yards apart.
DESCRIPTION:
- Two players start at the same time from the first pair of cones, jog along the inside of the cones and do the various exercises on the way. After the last cone, they run back along the outside. On the way back, speed can be increased progressively as players warm up.
